Personal Profile
Over the last thirty five years Ian has built an even mix of contracting and private practice consultancy experience via a number of senior level positions. Since the late 1980’s, he has been mainly involved in the contentious aspects of construction and dispute resolution, latterly including the avoidance of contention and risk management related services. Ian’s expertise spans a wide range of construction activities and disciplines from buildings and civil engineering to Expert Witness, insolvency, commerce and insurance.
A seasoned professional, Ian’s extensive knowledge covers a broad range of industry sectors and project types including commercial, industrial, health, leisure and education. By combining his skill and fluency with the interpretation and application of procedures, Ian has assisted a substantial number of clients.
Ian is frequently appointed to bolster client representation at adjudication and has provided invaluable support for the duration of litigation and arbitration processes.
