Personal Profile
Ray is a Chartered Civil Engineer with more than 30 years experience in the planning, procurement, design and construction of process, water, marine, rail, highway, civil engineering and building projects.
With exposure to both large and small projects as Client, Consultant, Contractor and Sub-contractor, Ray has a sound working knowledge of the processes involved in delivering projects on time, safely and to forecast.
His wide ranging experience includes many aspects of temporary works design, planning and estimating. In addition he is familiar with many forms of contract and has been responsible for the successful management of complex projects through both pre-contract and post contract negotiations including mediation and adjudication.
He is a lateral thinker, problem solver and is able to use his skills and experience to engage teams with the most appropriate processes to deliver safe, successful projects.
