Provide engineering support and management on major building projects
Provide input at design / tenders stage to ensure the structure is compliant with appropriate regulations and cost effective
Carrying out or supervise the setting out of the buildings
Supervise the construction of structural elements – RC /Steel frames, etc
Liaise closely with Design and Project Managers to ensure construction activity is organised in the most efficient and cost effective manner
Liaise with the Planning Engineer and Commercial Manager regarding any impacts of structural changes to the programme / costs
Be aware of Health and Safety regulations and ensure sub contractors comply with them
Maintain strict quality management over structural elements
