Lead and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors
Management of monthly cost / value reconciliation process
Overall management of variations, contractual claims and disputes
Management of cash-flow and monitoring of debtors
Carrying out risk management at all stages of projects to protect the Company's interests
Providing input to new project bids / negotiations
Managing supply chain and procurement activities
