Planning and programming major building and civil engineering projects
Providing input at bid / negotiation stage regarding construction timing, resources, construction methods and risks
Preparing detailed schedules of work using computer software systems such as Primavera
Liaising closely with the Commercial Manager, Project Manager and Design Manager to ensure the most cost efficient use of resources
Regularly update programmes and present to the Project Board on a monthly basis
Identify, on an ongoing basis, any risks to the project programme
Ensure all relevant parties - consultants, sub contractors, etc, are kept regularly updated with programme changes
